1 flour one cup 2 eggs four 3 salt one pinch 4 sugar two cups 5 walnuts one cup 6 almonds two cups 7 cocoa powder one tablespoon 8 lemon juice two tablespoons 9 almond essence few drops 10 cooking oil half a cup Step by Step Instructions 1 Sift the flour and add salt to it, beat the egg whites with an electric beater and when stiff, add a cup of powdered sugar and beat it. 2 Then beat the egg yolks in it and add cooking oil to it and beat it while running the electric beater at a high speed. Reduce the speed of the batter and add flour little by little (save one tablespoon of flour). 3 Mix a cup of almonds in dry flour and add almond essence to the cake mixture. 4 Put the greased cake in the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for twenty-five to thirty minutes. 5 Add a quarter cup of water, walnuts and almonds to the sugar and mix well and cook it on low heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Then add cocoa powder and mix it and take it off the stove. 6 Place the cake on a plate and make a hole in it with a fork, first pour lemon juice on it, then add the prepared syrup and decorate it with almonds and walnuts.
